At Versalux we understand that certain sections of the lighting industry cannot be satisfied by the common selection of products that most commercial or industrial ranges offer. Instead, specially constructed luminaires are required, backed by people who understand the conditions of their installation environments.

Marine environments cover a range of rugged, abusive situations combined with corrosive elements and extremes of temperatures. Electrical products are very foreign to the nature of the ocean, and therefore require very exacting materials and clever design. Additionally, different clients have different requirements ranging from tough, submersible products through to aesthetically pleasing accent luminaires.

This diverse yet demanding market relies on lighting expertise and commitment; Versalux has responded to this need with a specialist office in the Gold Coast incorporating a team of personnel dedicated to marine lighting operations.

Industrial marine

The needs of the military, oceanic drilling platforms, navigational lights and commercial shipping are addressed by our wide range of marine luminaires.

We have floodlights, fluorescents, bulkheads and more, including submersible luminaires; the robust designs are specifically aimed at performance and longevity.

Recreational marine

From bow to stern, interior to exterior, running lights to underwater markers; Versalux recreational marine luminaires are available for a wide range of applications.

Aesthetics can often play a big role in this area, and the modern appearance of many of our luminaires is an effective veil for the tough construction at their heart.
