Zagame Automotive Group launches its brand-new premium car dealership and service centre in Frewville, South Australia, marking the occasion of the first Zagame Automotive dealership to open outside the state of Victoria. The Zagame Automotive Group dealership sells some of the most iconic, prestigious and luxurious automobiles in the world. The entire facility extends over 343m² (3,692sq. ft) to deliver the ultimate customer experience of sales, after-sales and service support. The site includes vehicle brands such as Bentley, Lamborghini, and McLaren, just to name a few.
Versalux collaborated closely with Bobby Zagame, Managing Director of Zagame Automotive Group, and David Earle of Architects & Project Coordinators, with the aim of designing and delivering a lighting concept which met the strict criteria and overall vision of all parties. The lighting solutions requirements needed to produce exceptional illumination for world-class motor vehicles perfectly aligned with the brands images and architecture of the dealership.
The INFINITI is an elite and high-performance LED luminaire system by Versalux. The commercial grade luminaires are both recessed within plaster ceilings, and suspended in feature ceiling zones, in continuous runs throughout the various showrooms, to feature as an architectural icon for the entire facility. Each INFINITI luminaire has been strategically located to provide enhance the visual and architectural requirements of the space, establishing a welcoming atmosphere with vibrant and natural colours of the sports and luxury vehicles being emphasised whilst minimising shadows and unwanted glare.
In showroom areas, the V1 MULTI was utilised as a supplemental recessed spotlighting fixture. This latest addition to the VENICE family, the V1 MULTI is a highly functional and elegant linear recessed luminaire designed to illuminate the finer details and accentuate the contours of the prestige vehicles. The multi-element array of optics that defines V1 MULTI blends effortlessly into the ceiling and delivers the impression of exclusivity, illuminating the most important features of the vehicles. Customers are drawn to the brand by an emotional connection, seeing a strong association of prestige and class with Zagame Automotive Group.
The VENICE 20 PLATE and VENICE 28 DOWNLIGHT luminaires generate an enticing lighting effect across the vehicles, resulting in an extremely vibrant showroom and highlighting the distinctive brands and models of exotic vehicles.
The client lounge areas are a private space reserved for customers; the INFINITI luminaires are minimalistic in the form of a continuous design. They produce an energetic and inviting space with the multifunctional, open-plan design, differentiating these zones from the primary showroom regions. The INFINITI luminaires illuminate the spaces efficiently and unobtrusively, offering a pleasant distribution to enhance communication and allow the clients to relax in a comfortable environment.
The GHOST was featured in the meeting rooms for its appeal as a slender-profile suspended LED fixture. Through state-of-the-art optical design and capabilities, GHOST luminaires provide very narrow downward illumination and super-wide upward distribution for maximum benefit in the offices to allow staff to perform at their best in an optimal setting. The luminaire and its illumination creates a focal point at the desk, generating a luxurious vibe whilst maximising the space. The COMO BLACK series is a premium downlight luminaire with an elegant design and high performance optics. Used here as an effective complement to the GHOST fixtures, COMO BLACK provides surface illumination to accentuate the architectural elements of the office space.
VENICE 7 BOX luminaires are a multi-element recessed fixture with its adjustable beam spreads producing a scintillating effect, encouraging clients to explore and select options such as fabrics, materials, rims, and many other features to realise their dream vehicle. In conjunction with the VENICE 7 BOX fixtures, TORINO LED strips are used within confined display spaces to highlight the physical samples as well as adding finishing touches to the office space for an enhanced architectural effect.
